Zoe
Therapy Support Assistant
Zoe is a Therapy Support Assistant who is passionate about supporting children and young people to build confidence, comfort and self-efficacy. She was drawn to Splash for its strong values and commitment to helping young people thrive across all aspects of their lives.
Zoe is currently studying a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Deakin University, with plans to graduate in 2027. She brings over six years of experience working with young people, beginning her career as a gymnastics coach, and has spent the past two years working as a support worker with children aged 8–14. Zoe also has experience in healthcare administration, having worked as a medical receptionist.
Zoe has a strong interest in paediatric mental health and play-based learning. She loves using games to build skills in a fun, engaging way while supporting learning through play.
Outside of work, Zoe enjoys marathon running and catching up with friends for coffee or brunch. Zoe also has a love for Japanese food after travelling to Japan in 2024, and enjoys unwinding with Grey’s Anatomy and listening to The Scientist by Coldplay.
