Therapy Support Assistant

Tori is a Therapy Support Assistant (TSA) at Splash who brings warmth, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children to her role. With a strong interest in paediatric therapy and a background in healthcare, Tori enjoys supporting therapists and families by creating engaging resources that help children learn, grow, and thrive in fun and meaningful ways.

Currently studying a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) at La Trobe University, Tori values the opportunity Splash provides to gain hands-on experience while learning from a supportive, child-centred team. She is particularly motivated by environments that celebrate play, creativity, and each child’s unique strengths.

Outside of work, Tori loves reading, exploring nature trails, and going for scenic drives—especially through the greenery of the Dandenong Ranges in winter. She has a sweet tooth for tiramisu, enjoys the timeless charm of Anne of Green Gables, and loves listening to Brighter Than the Sun by Colbie Caillat.
