Executive Assistant to the Director
Selena works with the Director and the Business Management team to help keep all the moving parts (and people!) organised and on track - as well as designing and delivering Splash’s much loved social and wellbeing programs! Selena joined Splash having experience as an Executive Assistant in the construction industry and a Senior Consultant in the travel industry.
Selena brings a bright and energetic approach to her work every day, and has a passion for finding and applying efficiencies to business operations.
Outside of work, Selena enjoys painting with some of her artwork showcased in galleries around Australia, and of course spending time with family and friends!
