Lead Practice Manager
Sarah is our Lead Practice Manager who oversees and supports our Splash administration team. Sarah commenced her career at Splash as Practice Manager of our Essendon clinic, before being promoted to the Lead Practice Manager role.
Sarah is very skilled at supporting families to manage their Splash journey, while providing unwavering assistance and encouragement to our admin team. Sarah travels between all Splash clinics to ensure families receive a consistent service and that our clinic environments are organised and running efficiently.
Prior to working at Splash, Sarah previously worked in early childhood settings, both directly with children and in management roles. Sarah had also worked in Sales Coordination roles and supported other small businesses with their administrative needs. Sarah has a lovely rapport with all Splash team members as well as the families we support and is therefore an integral part of the Splash team.
