Nuresha has extensive experience working with children with complex physical and medical needs, and is passionate about supporting their independence and participation in everyday life. She has worked in multidisciplinary teams throughout her career, including in early intervention settings, schools, community services, and most recently at the Royal Children’s Hospital, where she supported high-risk children aged 0–7 years.

Her clinical interests include working with children with complex conditions in the community and prescribing assistive technology, from basic equipment through to more complex supports, to enhance function and engagement in daily activities. Nuresha values a collaborative, family-centred approach and enjoys tailoring therapy sessions using toys and activities that align with each child’s interests to keep sessions engaging and meaningful.

She is passionate about working within a multidisciplinary team and appreciates the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues while continuing to grow professionally. Outside of work, Nuresha enjoys spending time with her family, baking sourdough bread with her child, and keeping active at the gym.
