Molly joined Splash after graduating with distinction from RMIT University in 2023, where she completed a Bachelor of Communications (Media). She brings experience in healthcare administration, with previous admin work at the Cabrini Specialist Centre in Elsternwick.

Alongside her admin roles, Molly has worked as a teacher’s aide and hockey coach at Westbourne Grammar School, as well as a swim teacher and lifeguard at Aquapulse. These experiences reflect her strong interest in supporting children and their development.Molly was drawn to Splash because of her admiration for paediatric care and the importance of children receiving the right support during key developmental stages.

Highly organised and a lover of scheduling, Molly thrives on keeping calendars running smoothly — with Google Calendar being one of her most-used apps.Outside of work, Molly enjoys swimming and hockey and relaxing with a good movie. Her favourite film is Call Me by Your Name, and her favourite director is David Fincher.
