Milcah joins Splash Paediatric Therapy with previous experience working across paediatric private practice and community settings. She predominantly supported neurodivergent children to build their independence with self-care and learning routines, with a focus on understanding a child’s sensory processing, supporting regulation and developing motor skills.

Milcah is passionate about supporting children through a neuro-affirming approach, with a focus on the child’s strengths, and working collaboratively with the supports around the child. Milcah enjoys engaging a child through gross motor, sensory and pretend play, which enables a child to explore, make choices and lead the play. These activities provide opportunities for therapy to feel more meaningful, motivating and enjoyable for the child.

Outside of work, Milcah is an adventurous traveller who loves to explore and learn about different cultures. She enjoys yoga and pilates and spending quality time with her family and friends gaining new life experiences.
