Karlie completed her undergraduate and post graduate studies at the University of Queensland and commenced a role in Disability Services. Karlie and her family then lived in Sweden where she worked in a school setting. On her return to Melbourne Karlie joined the Splash team - initially in a Speech Pathology team leader role.
Karlie is now enrolled in her MBA at University of Melbourne and is completing this study alongside her busy work and family life. Karlie spends her weekends enjoying family time with her husband and keeping up with her 2 young boys!
