Karlie completed her undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the University of Queensland and began her career in Disability Services. Karlie and her family then lived in Sweden, where she worked across non-government organisations and schools. On returning to Melbourne, Karlie joined the Splash team, initially as the Speech Pathology Manager.

Karlie went on to complete her MBA at the University of Melbourne and now holds the General Manager role at Splash, alongside a busy family life. Karlie spends her weekends enjoying family time with her husband and two boys!
