Kanchen shares our Practice Coordinator role at Hawthorn Clinic. Kanchen comes to Splash with over 10 years’ experience across the allied health, disability, aged care and health care sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) and a Graduate Certificate of Commerce (Human Resource Management).

Kanchen is passionate about children’s wellbeing and ensuring they have access to quality, compassionate care. She is proud to be part of the Splash team focusing on children’s health and its wider impact, and strives to create a warm and welcoming environment at Hawthorn clinic that supports both families attending Splash as well as Splash staff internally.

 Visiting local farmers’ markets is a favourite weekend activity for Kanchen, discovering fresh produce and trying new foods. She also enjoys travelling and making memories with her daughter whenever she gets the chance.
