Splash Core Force
Splash Core Force is our paediatric Pilates group program, designed to help children build strength, stability and body awareness in a fun, supportive setting. Led by a physiotherapist, each session begins and ends with guided mindfulness and grounding activities, helping children connect movement with calm, focused awareness.
Research shows that Pilates-based programs can improve flexibility, strength, postural control, balance, and overall quality of life in children. Splash Core Force uses this evidence-based approach to help children build the physical foundations they need to participate confidently, both in therapy and in everyday life.
