Claudia Rachele

Paediatric Pychologist
Master of Psychology (Clinical Psychology)

Claudia completed her Master of Psychology (Clinical Psychology) at The Cairnmillar Institute in Melbourne and has experience across inpatient and community mental health settings. She is currently undertaking the Psychology Board of Australia’s Clinical Psychology Registrar Program.

Claudia is passionate about supporting children and young people to build emotional, behavioural and social skills, and works closely with families to strengthen confidence and wellbeing. She has experience supporting children, adolescents and adults with anxiety, mood difficulties, emotion regulation challenges and neurodevelopmental differences, bringing an understanding of family systems and caregiver support to her work.

Claudia aims to create a safe and collaborative therapeutic space and draws on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), tailoring therapy to each child’s strengths and needs. She values working alongside parents and teachers to ensure skills are practical and transferable into everyday life, and is committed to neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based practice.

Outside of work, Claudia enjoys travelling, reading fiction, keeping active, and exploring Melbourne’s food scene with family and friends.
