Alysha Allada

Therapy Support Assistant

Alysha is studying a Bachelor of Speech Pathology at Australian Catholic University. As part of the Splash therapy support team, Alysha values learning from experienced clinicians, observing how sessions run, and gradually building practical insight into the field of speech pathology.

Before joining Splash, Alysha worked in administrative roles for a registered NDIS business, developing strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. She also enjoys contributing to her church community and occasionally assists with children’s groups, strengthening her ability to engage with families.

In her free time, Alysha loves catching up with friends and family and spending time with her pets, especially her dog. She completed AMEB speech lessons for three years and holds current First Aid and CPR certification. She enjoys sitcoms and comedy–drama films, as well as relaxing to pop and R&B music.
