Reece completed his Bachelor of Social Science and Behavioural studies at Swinburne and commenced work as a social worker in a paediatric clinic.

Reece transitioned from that role into the role of Mental Health Clinician at Splash while he completes his Masters in Counselling at Edith Cowan University.

Reece is AuDHD and brings a wealth of lived experience to his role. Reece provides support to children over the age of 9 working on themes of identity, adjustment to diagnosis, accessing daily living, and mental health supports. He is an advocate of group therapy and runs group programs at Splash. Reece’s favourite resources are humorous card games such as Superfight

Outside of work Reece is a big Swiftie and can talk for hours about Taylor Swift!
