Mental Health

We provide a supportive Mental Health Service for children and young people, their carers and families and wider support networks.  

Our team is made up of experienced mental health clinicians from a range of backgrounds. They focus on functional supports and daily engagement, and have specialist training in supporting children and young people experiencing difficulties in the following areas:

  • Persistent sadness.

  • Changes in being social or staying away from others.

  • Hurting oneself or others talking about hurting oneself or others.

  • Anxiety or feeling worried

  • Talking about death or suicide.

  • Behaviours that can be harmful.

  • Big changes in mood, behaviour or personality.

  • Changes in eating habits.

  • Loss of weight.

  • Trouble sleeping.

  • Getting headaches or stomachaches often.

  • Trouble concentrating.

  • Not managing at school / not going to school.

  • Parents that require:

    • Family therapy

    • Parenting strategies

Please note we are unable to support children who require medication prescriptions or reviews.
