Teen Social Group
Social, emotional and cognitive development in a safe space.
This group focuses on creating a safe social space where teenagers with lived experience of disability can connect under the guidance of Splash’s Mental Health team. The groups aim is to build social connectedness and social problem-solving skills, facilitate discussions around identity and assist teens to build self-esteem and positive self-concept. Specific skills building for activities of daily living, or community access that have been identified by the group as goals are also targeted.
Suitable for children 12+ years.
Program Format:
This group runs for 5 x 90 minute weekly sessions during Term 4.

Session 3: Thursday 4th December, 3:30pm - 5:00pm
